Holiday Cookie Exchange...?

Help me out ladies...What are your favorite types of cookies...?

I am going to a holiday cookie exchange tomorrow and I haven't baked yet. I was thinking maybe peanut butter blossoms and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies because those are my faves, but I am still unsure. (The are no allergy restrictions).

  • I think holiday cookies should be something you don't make every day.

    Gingersnaps/gingerbread men
    oatmeal-cranberry-white chocolate chip
    rumballs
    turtle cookies/pecan pie cookies
    egg nog cookies
    Florentines
    meringues

  • I agree with dirtyred...it should be a cookie not normally made during the year and if you have a family speciality even better!!!

When I used to host a cookie exchange I specifically told them NO Chocolate chip cookies....Everyone knows how to make those!!

  • I think peanut butter blossoms are a huge hit at Christmas! It's a tradition in our family!
