I don't understand how Kaylyn qualifies for assistance? They all have money right? I mean, didn't amber get paid like $280,000 or something crazy for last season? I'm liking that MTV is showing how young girls can get assistance if/when they are in a situation like that but really...that it is an act right.... I think it is great that they are still showing "hard times" but with all the new cars/boob jobs/vacations/new houses and moving these other girls are doing, I am baffled that they are having such a hard time.
I guess they don't get the money until the show wraps (as opposed to getting money every season...)
Yeah, I sort of figured they were using this as an example as well and not that she will really be using the program.

I couldn't believe Corey's stepmom brought her "google" search up. That is not a medical diagnosis for Ali and she had no right to bring that up and cause more worry for Leah. Poor Leah. She must have been beside herself that night.
I was very happy that Ali's eyes have improved since wearing glasses! I hope she is not brain damaged. I'm really interested in learning more about how she is doing.

I don't really have much to say about Kailyn except I thought that whole housing thing was staged because of her total lack of interest in the dialogue. But she is kind of like that anyway, isn't she?

Chelsea's champagne problems are getting on my fvcking nerves. Her dad pays for everything, she has her own place to live, she has a beautiful, healthy child, and she doesn't have to work, so she just makes up drama to keep her life interesting. If she'd forget about stupid Adam, get her GED and go to school, her life would be a lot less dramatic because she wouldn't have TIME for the bullshits.

And propping bottles up while the twins are lying on their backs in bed? I thought it was a major no-no to do either of these things?
Honestly, I think they are all good moms, but Chelsea seriously needs to get her life together (I agree with you, Katie, on all accounts).

I know. I can't stand Chelsea...and I hate the way she talks in that 'baby voice'. I typically fast forward thru her segments. Oddly enough, Farah and her family talked in weird baby voices as well. What is up with that? Gah!

Her mom is definately a train wreck, but I'm glad she has custody. Janelle clearly cannot run her life. She is such a mess. Keifer does seem stoned/drunk most of the time, and so do some of her other 'friends'. Ugh

If I were Chelsea's dad, I would put the brakes on the gravy train, especially when she is with Adam and has yet to get her GED. He is toxic, and she is so dang lazy!
Also, while Janelle's mom may not be parent of the year, she is totally right about Keifer and I agree that the kid is much better off with her right now. Why can't most of these girls see that the best thing for them right now would be to be single and get their sh!t together?!
Because they aren't thinking with their heads! Even Chelsea admits that. They are thinking with their cooters. Er, I mean hearts! Yes. Hearts.
I think Chelsea's lack of self esteem drives her actions. All of them.

Unfortunately I don't think that's going to happen unless one of her parents puts their foot down and forces her to be a productive member of society. Yet I can't see that happening either. Her dad complains constantly about Chelsea's situation, yet never does anything besides enable her.
Chelsea should be horrified that her dead-end life is being broadcast for the nation to critique. I can't believe she is willing to let them keep filming her being such a lazy, annoying person. I know the money must be nice (whenever they get it), but is it worth the documentation of you throwing your life away?
Don't these girls ever think that one day their own children will be teenager and might see their old episodes and use it against them? I would die if my future children could see me at 16. Holy hell.
The fight between Jenelle and Kieffer was so odd. She gets mad at him for drinking, but it's okay for them both to get stoned? And seriously, Kieffer has a huge drinking problem if he was really going to drink that bottle of whiskey before going into the bowling alley. Ridiculous.
