I'm kind of obsessed with this show.
Re: Any Downton Abbey fans?
I just finished watching it a couple months ago. I love it! I don't know if you've finished this season yet. So I don't want to spoil anything.
Have you seen Lark Rise to Candleford? I was watching that and Downton Abbey was recommended.

There's 7.
I just watched it, and I loved it. And I want the second season now! I need to know what happens.
There are 8 episodes in this season.
I'm obsessed with this show. I've watched the season on Netflix at least 5 times in the past 6 months. I cannot wait until the new season starts next year!!!
Maybe there's 7. 7 or 8. Definitely more than 4!

Ok, I'm confused. I went to the PBS website and it says Season 1 has 4 eps and Season 2 will have 7. Season 1 eps were 90 mins, Season 2 has some eps at 60 minutes and some at 120 minutes.
Here is a link with upcoming air dates for anyone interested.

Me, me *waives hands in air* bought the first season, can't wait to
buy the 2nd season!
I did buy the UK version DVD, I think it had more on it.
Check Amazon.
On Netflix there are 8 episodes (I'm assuming they took the long one and broke it into two). If it's been shown on Masterpiece Theatre, they they might have been showing 2 at a time, making 4 episodes. Or maybe they were 2 hours long in the UK and they split them up for the US. Either way, they're all fantastic and I can't wait to set my DVR for them!
OK thanks. Just want to make sure I am not missing any episodes.
Counting the minutes until the new season of Downton Abbey? In the meantime, check out these top "Maggie Moments" - hilarious!
