Does Costco do cupcakes?

I remember that they have very affordable big cakes but I am wondering if they have cupcakes as well. Anyone know? Details? (Pricing, decoration, flavors, etc.)

(I know I can call them but they are not open yet.)

Re: Does Costco do cupcakes?

  • Yes but I don't believe that they offer many options. Last time I checked it was either vanilla or chocolate with matching frosting. They are HUGE cupcakes too, not anywhere near normal size. I think they were about $20 for 16? I just can't seem to remember pricing...

This would actually be perfect because they are for DS's birthday and he wants to help decorate them with M&M's (to look like fish - the M&M's will be the "scales") so plain ones are great. Maybe they would even let me do a mix of vanilla and chocolate. Hopefully they won't be too big for 5 year olds! :)

  • They are pretty dang big - they were doing samples the last time we were there and the sample lady cut each one into 8 pieces for samples. They had chocolate & vanilla, and they are super yummy. 5 year olds will probably think they died and went to cupcake heaven!

No more baby siggie pics. Boo.

  • Here they are $14 for 30. You could do all vanilla or all chocolate, with up to 5 colors in frosting. (I just looked at them last month.)

My mom has used them for showers, etc, because they are super plain & are easily decorated. Good luck!
