Please? Pretty pretty please?
Men + stockings = suck.
My parents are coming out the first week in January. We're filling stockings but not gifts. I'm stuck on what to put in SO and my dad's stockings.
SO: My mom got him an iPhone case, car charger, and chopsticks (she begged me for a list so I finally gave her one for him and she picked those things up. I'm going to get him a wallet, butter fingers, peanut butter m&m's, small flash light, and finger nail clippers. I have no idea what else. Our stockings are pretty big.
My dad: Uhh.... no clue. Not a single one. He's outdoorsy and really low maintenance. He loves to bike ride but buys himself whatever he needs in that arena. I seriously don't know what to get him. I'm planning on getting some sugar babies and gummy bears but other than that I have no idea. Maybe a little flash light and some small pictures of DS.
Any ideas?

* cans of nice coffee (Illy) and/or boxes of tea (chamomile is great for illness)
* bandaids -- you can find some fun camo ones at Target with the kids bandaids
* bottles of liquor or wine
* think food -- bags of fun pasta (Ikea has the moose-shaped pasta); jars of favorite kinds of jam; spice rubs and the like from Penzey's or Savory Spice Shop
* different kinds of candy -- Cost Plus is a fun place to grab some imported goods.
* tear-away page a day calendar
* picture frame
* travel WD-40 sizes
* travel lotion and such -- Target has the Gold Bond lotion with sanitizer in it which is an awesome option in the winter
