What is something you hope/wish happens for you in 2012? To get into a Master's program. I've been wanting to go back to school for a long time and never made the effort. Time to stop talking about it and do it!
What is something you will strive to ensure does happen in 2012? To be debt free- 1 cc from XH was in my name when we divorced, and I am close to having it paid off. I can not wait!
What is one of your resolutions? To run a half marathon
What is something you're putting in the past as we enter the new year? I've removed myself from a few toxic situations and am learning I can only control my actions. I'm moving forward without the drama/baggage. I've already started this and already realize how much happier I am without the stress.

What is something you hope/wish happens for you in 2012? Happiness and well adjustedness for my daughter.
What is something you will strive to ensure does happen in 2012? To be true to myself and maintain the positive path I am on.

What is one of your resolutions? Better Health/Weight Loss - and no not the standard resolution of weight loss... I am tired of how I look and feel and I've already started making lifestyle changes... I want it to continue.

With all BF and I have been through it's hard to keep looking at the positive and here lately with all the no's for job applications I've gotten it's been really hard for both of us to be positive and hopeful.
What is your 2012 prediction for another SO regular? A few engagements! I can't keep everyone straight myself but I know there are a few of you who will most likely be planning weddings
What is something you hope/wish happens for you in 2012? I'd like to be alone for the rest of the time during my lease (until June) and actually dedicate time and effort to just myself.
What is something you will strive to ensure does happen in 2012? See above. I've already started some of the weightloss and plan to keep that going too. I know that I have to take this time to love myself because I need to really heal.
What is one of your resolutions? Besides what I've mentioned, I am going to learn to knit or crochet. I've been saying it for years and still haven't learned, so I'm doing it.
What is something you're putting in the past as we enter the new year? Goodness. I would like to say that I'm putting my anger for my stbx behind me, but I can't make that promise. I'm at least going to put the guilt behind me and stop feeling like I lost a year and a half of my life.

Work on being healthier - I started out pretty good at the beginning of 2011, but fell off course about halfway through.

Being out of credit card debt! Although I still have debt (car, house & student loans) knowing that I'm done paying for everything we couldn't really afford (XH didn't understand the concept of only spending what you have) is a great feeling!
What is your 2012 prediction for another SO regular? I know its a cop-out answer, but there are so many good things happening for many of you, its hard to narrow it down
I do expect there to be engagements and possible marriages within the coming year.
What is something you hope/wish happens for you in 2012? I hope all you ladies are right and I do get engaged! We've talked about it happening in the next year or so, so it is a possibility.
What is something you will strive to ensure does happen in 2012? That ds and I take our trip to the east coast to visit our cousins and see the Statue of Liverty (that's what he wants to see most of all).

What is something you're putting in the past as we enter the new year? Honestly I'm not really sure. Thankfully I don't feel like there's anything I have to "let go of" from the past. Similar to AK.

What is something you hope/wish happens for you in 2012? I want to continue to work on me and finding new things that make me happy! I'd love to try snowboarding and zip lining. I'd also like to get a part time adjunct teaching position at the local technical college
What is something you will strive to ensure does happen in 2012? I will complete my thesis and graduate with my Masters degree!
What is one of your resolutions? I want to be able to run a 5K without needing to walk parts of it.
What is something you're putting in the past as we enter the new year? All of the negative thoughts/feelings towards my XH that I've held on to this year. Holding on to it has only hurt me and I need to move forward towards a much better me!
