AW - pleated fabric purse PIP

I saw this on pinterest and loved it - and so did my sister.
I knew that there had to be an free tutorial out there, and then I found this one. The straps were different in this one, but still a nice bag. I have not made a bag before and thought the instructions were pretty good.
So, here is mine. While I like the bag, I am not sure I LOVE the fabic. To me, it kinda looks like camo - not what I intended. Be honest - do you see camo bag when you see this?? My sister said she liked fall colors (rust, green, brown, etc) I could not find the fabric above, or anything close.
I also think that the front of the bag needs something. I just don't know what. Any thoughts??

I also really like it- great job! No camo either- it looks brown/ tan flowered on the bag and then green at the top.
I'd probably do a wide-ish sash all the way around the bag with a simple knotted tie.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Love this!
What about a sash/bow on the handle that you can remove (kind of like the scarves that are on Coach bags?)
