Happies:
- our Christmas party went really well and we all had a lot of fun with our friends!
- I have lots of calligraphy projects and the money I'm earning for them this month basically paid for most of my Christmas gift budget!
- DH let me watch Elf yesterday instead of watching the Jets game. We had a nice relaxing 2 hours under a blanket watching it, which I really needed (I had a BUSY weekend)
Crappies:
- Nothing really - I'm back at work today. Does that count???
Happy: Celebrating Christmas with my aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents on my dad's side of the family. Finishing my Christmas shopping. Our new neighbors coming over with their adorable little boys and singing "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" and giving us some treats. Staying in my PJ's most of the day yesterday! Dinner date with DH last night.
Crappy: My family mooning over my newly pregnant cousin. Eating too many sweets and treats this weekend. Wishing I got more sleep!

April Nesties March siggy challenge: Next Vacation, Anguilla!!
Happies:
- finished wrapping everything we had bought as of Saturday
- DH ran some errands for me Saturday morning while I stayed home to work on said wrapping
- DH went with me to do all of our shopping this weekend (Target, Sams, grocceries) and didn't complain one bit
- had a great time at Chrismtas with my mom's side and grandma was able to be there
- got to see some friends yesterday that we don't see very often
Crappies:
- all the questions about when we are having kids...my aunt wouldn't let up about it yesterday and I just wanted to scream at her about our miscarriage
- finding out that my cousin (who was married 2 weeks before us) is expecting her 2nd child in June (the baby is only 8 mos)...I got a little bitter when I found that out
Happies : I got my wrapping done. Yay. And, I helped this year with our church's little kid's Christmas pageant, and that went off without problems yesterday afternoon. I was glad I helped, but also glad it is over so I can focus on getting the house ready for Christmas!
Crappies : I didn't get pretty much any cleaning done! Yikes! I have SO much to do by Thursday night! Hopefully, it will go fact. Fingers crossed!
-I learned Saturday evening that one of our bosses who has been battling with cancer passed Saturday morning. He was an AMAZING guy and truly one of my favorites at the agency. He was only about 50, and they had tried everything, but it was time. We were all hoping he could hold on through the holidays, and if possible another few months as his only daughter is pregnant with her first. However, God had other plans. Sad to see him go, but I am happy that he is no longer suffering.
HAPPIES:
- I went with my Dad on our annual shopping trip for my mom for Christmas. We've been doing this since I was a little girl & it's one of the major highlites of Chistmas.
- Thursday night SD, DH & I went caroling with the church. It was loads of fun & a great thing for us to do as a family since SD wil be with her mom until Christmas day. Thursday was the last night that we'll have her until 3pm on the 25th.
CRAPPIES:
-DH is in the dog house. See my post above.
Happies:
House is clean! House is clean! Like REALLY clean and organized. Whee!
DH and I broke a little dry spell we've been having.
Crappies:
Have I mentioned that my ILs are refusing to stay at the condo? Lol. I'm gaining acceptance over the whole thing I guess...
Happies: I had a great time at my friend's small holiday party on Saturday night. I made a big dent in our holiday shopping and just have a few small items to pick up this week. I got the holiday cards addressed and stamped and will be sending them out shortly.
Crappies: DH and I both woke up yesterday with a bad cold. Bleh...
Happies: finally cleaned the house! went out to a fancy dinner with friends on Saturday, and had a really fancy holiday party on Sunday with my co-workers! oh, and Tebow loss!!! ha ha ha
Crappies: I think I'm getting sick, but it hasn't come full force yet so I hope I can beat this bug! oh, and Packer loss

A10 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination: San Francisco!
HAPPIES:
-- Had fun with Milo at my office holiday party Friday evening, and with Milo and DH at DH's last night.
-- Managed to get DH's Xmas presents ordered and one delivered without him noticing - yay! Including one that was mailed with something he knew about (an ornament for Milo's birth year).
-- Holiday cards are addressed and ready to be stamped and will go out in the mail tomorrow.
-- Pats win (even though I missed watching the game)!
-- Figured out that my dad and I had a MAJOR miscommunication regarding holiday plans (I was getting pretty ticked off thinking they were "too busy" for us) and so we WILL get to spend the day and have Xmas dinner with him, my sisters and stepmom (after Xmas morning at my FILs).
CRAPPIES:
-- Milo was cranky all weekend and when we went to the doctor this morning we found out he has another ear infection. Explains why he was less than his usually contented self at the party last night, and why we had such an awful night's sleep.
-- Woke up with a scratch in my throat today.
-- Also feeling sad that I can't send holiday card to every single Nestie, but hope you each know you are in my heart this holiday season!
-- Not liking that there's only a week before Christmas... too much still to do!

Happy:
The Lions won. I'm finally done with everything Christmas, and therefore have gotten back to my regular workout schedule. 3 fun gatherings this past weekend. Cuddled with our adorable 3-year-old great nephew yesterday.
Crappy:
I can't melt chocolate to save my life. I ate too much junk yesterday.
Happies:
~I got to see my niece, bro and SIL this weekend Friday night and Saturday afternoon! I gave my niece Samantha her Christmas present of 4 Minnie Mouses in different outfits (they're small like 8-10" tall) and she LOVED them! It was so much fun watching her play with them, I'll have to upload one of the videos I took to show you ladies.
~Did my first Arbonne party by myself! It was at my other SIL's & bro's, there were 5 ppl which was great but unfortunately only two had small orders but I think a third might contact me later.
Crappies:
~I spent probably 70% of my time this weekend out of the house (the other 30% is including sleep) b/c I was out shopping, at a party or hockey game/after party. Whew! I am ready for a sleep in day!
~Sad bro, SIL and niece couldn't stay longer!
~Sad that I barely got cards out to my relatives and I am not able to get ones out to my nesties this year but I will have my act together next year! I do love you all dearly!
