Cold remedies
I have a cold. It sucks.
Do you have any natural remedies you do for colds? hot tea? baths?
I am trying to stay away from over the counter meds due to breast feeding. Plus I in general hate taking medicine.

Did you read the article about the netipot causing people to die!! I always told my husband I would never use one, he swears by them, but for sure am not!! But if you read it does remind you to use distilled or purified water (DUH!!)
