If you leave mail in your mailbox for the carrier to pick up
just an FYI. DH's boss had a $1800 mortgage check stolen from their mailbox and cashed. They had no idea until they had a call from the bank the mortgage is through to let them know they were behind in payments.
With it being the holidays now and people putting checks and gift cards in with holiday cards I'm sure that thieves are on the prowl.

How the heck did someone 'impersonate' a bank at a bank? You'd think the teller would say "Hmmm.... You don't look like CitiMortgage to me. May I see some ID?"
With nail polish remover city bank becomes whatever you want.
Ha! I can be clueless sometimes.
