you are right, oregon ave stores are frightening.

  • Lol I didn't think it was THAT bad.

but really how much do the registers have in the morning 100?

  • Eh, I've come to the conclusion that 'ghetto' can hit anywhere. I was in the Target on City Ave one time and had the pleasure of overhearing a working woman give her rates over the phone... "It's $150 unless you've got a fetish." "You know, like toes...sucking on them, pull on them...." "Well that would be $200 then."

  • NothinG is scarier then the Walmart on Columbus. NOTHING.

Also the Marshall's had 40k on house? Un

    Inside job. All the way.

  • i feel like there isn't any sort of chain store in this town that doesn't look like a bomb went off in it.  I am all for shopping at smaller, local stores for sure but for prices, we very much need the bigger stores. but they suck so bad!  and I am kind of getting tired of the bridge toll to go to NJ for Target, BBB, BRU, Kohls, booze, etc.  We went to the Target on City Line yesterday - still kinda sucky.  and a woman started to take my cart from me at check out (I had emptied it onto the conveyor and was paying and she toddled on over and took it!  Well, the cashier stopped her and I said that it was Ok because in the end I could carry my two bags, but the lady wasn't even going to bat an eye!)

  • I never found sp target that bad or the lowes or target. However

While at lowes in west Philly a couple weeks ago someone tried removing stuff from our cart (one if the large flat ones/ we were picking up flooring tiles)at customer service while we were picking up an order. P told them nicely oo hey that's my cart. They rolled their eyes (one was a lowes worker) while we went down an aisilie the guy came past us super aggressively and called p a "faaggot" um ok. Totally Not nessascary.

But yeah I'm all for small business.

  • SP Target is a mess!  and some guy stole my cart with my diaper bag (and wallet way in the bottom) last week. I know, I know, how did I let it happen?  Well, I found it and the guy right away and he was all " oh is my cart back there?"  Yes, it is.  He was buying two boxes of diapers, but I still don't trust that he wasn't trying to get to my wallet and when he couldn't get it quickly , played off that he mistakenly took it.

That story lachute is wrong.  wrong wrong wrong.  who says that?  people suck.  and while I am bitter about this town for many reasons, that too is one of them.

I hear you. Maybe I was just use to sp's target. I have to say I've run into some entitled characters when we shop in Plymouth meeting. Like have you people heard of being polite. Ever.

  • It is the holidays, so every store is going to look 10,000 times worse than a normal day.

I took a job at this store about 2 years ago, but quit after 4 shifts.  I just could not deal with the slobs that shopped there.  It was horrible.

That whole area is just so shady.  People get robbed in broad day light.  I would rather pay the $5 toll to shop in Jersey.

The crazies are there too. I was in the xmas tree shop a couple of weeks ago and this woman pushed through a line of about 10 people (it was a two registers-one line situation). So as this nut ball and pushing through, people are getting more and more angry. In response, the woman starts yelling "the register is open, I'm going through, you got a problem?, file a complaint with the line police, file a complaint with the line police...).
