Re: I wish to die.

  • Heating blanket, ibuprofen, orgasm.  Endorphins from the last one will help.

  • I hear you. I get mine next week.... on the day we leave for a fabulous tropical vacation to Trinidad. Sucks for me. :(
  • My ibuprofen is not in my purse :(

Sorry about the bad timing, KaraC :(

    Can't wait to go hooooomee!

Oh, and everyone should feel free to whine here about whatever you'd like, haha.

  • Yep, Aunt Flo will be visiting me over the new year. As if I need another reason to drink heavily.

  • I wish I knew when AF was visiting--I think it's likely around the new year.

I was having such a stressful week when I was supposed to ovulate last week that I wouldn't be surprised if it was delayed.  Unfortunately (or fortunately Wink) I was having some hot conversations with a gentleman friend and my EWCM that usually indicates I'm ovulating wasn't so obvious!  Oh well, nothing like an AF surprise!

  • Not to gloat or anything, but one of the best things about being 55? None of that business, up there in your op.

    Menopause rocks.

I just went OFF the pill (again). It gives me intense IBS flare-ups. I am actually better off off the pill, even though I am complaining today :)

  • I hear ya.  I'm sitting here with a heating pad on my abdomen because I may cry if I attempt to move around any more today.  Cramps suck.

  • I know what you mean. I just started a new BC (IUD) and my body is adjusting. Ooooowwwww.
  • Off HBC, the first day is always the worst for me, the second day is usually fine, and then I'm back to normal until my next AF. So really I am being whiny and dramatic for no real reason haha Wink

Me too!  The first day I sometimes go home from work sick because the pain is so bad I can't move--and this is with Rx Naproxen and a heating pad.

I find that exercise, as much as it's the last thing I want to do, helps with the cramps (again endorphins).  I had my spinning instructor training on the first day of AF and never had an easier time with cramps--the cramps in my legs at the end of the training were a bigger issue!

Hope you're feeling better this morning :)
