I'm making Christmas day brunch. Does anyone have a good recipe for a breakfast casserole? Preferrably one that can be made the day before and popped into the oven.

Re: Breakfast casserole?
it doesn't get old! heh heh heh
Pinterest, holla!!
Breakfast casserole in a crockpot! Just throw everything in there before you go to bed and it's ready to go when you wake up. You can throw virtually anything in there that you would like.

I sent this to my dad to make:
Grease a large (deep) pan. Cube 10-12 ounces Canadian bacon and 6 English muffins. Distribute evenly.
12 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c cream
1 med onion, lightly saut?ed in butter
1 bag frzn chopped broccoli
6-8 oz sharp cheddar
3/4 t nutmeg
Mix ingredients together and pour it onto:
8 slices whole wheat bread (crumbled and lined on the bottom of the greased 13x9 casserole dish)
Place covered in fridge for a couple hrs, put into a preheated oven on 350 for 2 1/2 hrs. Uncover and cool (for as long as you can stand to wait) and serve!
