I'm hosting brunch on Christmas everyone is coing around 10:00. I planned on eatting as soon as everyone got there.
I want to be able to prep everything the day before and just put in the over or pull out of the fridge the day of. The only thing I should have to make that day is the frittatas which takes like no time at all.
So far I have:
~fruit tray with sour cream/cream cheese fruit dip(thinking of putting this out early)
~a french toast casserole
~individual frittata made in muffin tins(spinach tomato with cheese and ham/basil with cheese)
~my moms minature sausage crumble biscuits(I may omit these since I added the casserole if so I'll do sausage links instead)
~tomato caprese salad skewers
I've thought of doing some spinach type salad with blueberries
SIL is bringing the stuff for mimosas and poinsettias. We will have coffee and tea as well.
Any other suggestions?
