Have you been to a Costco lately?
Rumor on the H&F board is that Costco has fax lulu groove pants. Some of the Costcos also have the fax CR tanks and scuba jackets. I was just curious if anyone has seen them here in the PNW? I don't want to brave Costco this time of year unless it truely will be worth the effort, especially with baby in tow! The last time one of these came up they didn't turn up in our part of the country.

KB - I was wondering about this as well! On the H&F board, it sounded like girls in some parts of the country were finding these, and others weren't. I'm going to Costco tomorrow, so if I see anything, I'll let you know stat!
BelliMay - I've not actually purchased any actual lulu clothing yet, but I know it's known for really functional workout wear (read: clothes that stay put while you work out!) and it's made with very high quality fabric. It's also very expensive, but those who are fans say it is worth the price.
Since I really only use my workout clothes to, well, work out, I haven't dropped lulu prices on any workout wear yet. If I were a SAHM, I'd probably live in lulu pants and hoodies. I do have a few things from Lucy, which is fairly pricey, and I guess lulu will be the next step up. But anytime Costco has their generic brand lulu stuff, I stock up!

ditto this. plus they seem to step it up from plain workout gear and make actually really cute looking pieces. I love all of my lulu stuff (except the head bands, they fall right off my melon head). There is an outlet up in Mt. Vernon (and one coming to Marysville with they expand, i've heard) but the sizes/colors are really hit or miss.
Otherwise they are crazy expensive.... but worth it.
This thread has me intrigued... I am headed to Costco (woodinville) this morning to get frames for the wedding pictures we STILL don't have (not that I'm bitter... heh) so I'll check there and report back.
Oh, man, definitely hoping this is true -- and that they still have 'em when I'm back in town in January.
I started accruing a lulu collection right before we started TTC. I'm now 7.5mos along, and everything still fits. Hell, I haven't bothered buying maternity pants -- I just live in my lulupants.
Okay, just got home from the Woodinville Costco - they've got:
Groove pants knockoffs - $19.99, fantastic variety of colors/sizes (short regular and tall)
Define jacket knockoffs - $24.99, also good variety of colors and sizes
yoga tank that is also lulu ish - $12.99 fantastic variety of colors m-xl, only black in small
I got 2 pairs of pants, a jacket and a tank for less than $80... less than the damn groove pants would cost me at lulu. We'll see how they wear.
damn you. I'm wearing one of the faux lulu tanks from a few months ago. I'm obsessed with the groove pants. Now I need to convince DH that we're going to Costco.

My knockoff tank tops have been amazing for wear, so I'm all for expanding the collection to pants and jackets. YAY!!!
