I need some cute tops that aren't so clingy, flowy but not maternity-esq, to wear with riding boots/skinny jeans or leggings. My gut is the problem area and I feel like all the sweaters are fitted and the eye goes straight to it. With all the good sales, I figured I would treat myself for once

I am loving the second and third ones!
They've actually had several sales lately (like 50% off sale items, etc.). I bet they'll have a nice after-Christmas sale. If I really want something from there, I'll create a log-in, save them to my cart, then wait for a sale. They also have a "wishlist" feature that lets you save items you like. I have way too many things saved to my wishlist! haha
I feel like I've seen something similar at Kohls. I know they have a lot of Cowl necks this winter.
I've seen cowlneck tops like this in other stores, too, like LandD0 said...maybe Target?
