Tuesday Randoms
Today is going by much slower than yesterday. For some reason, my Mondays always fly by. Tuesdays usually start sucking the life out of me.
I am leaving early today to take T to get his flu shot, and then maybe heading to the mall to see Santa. He doesn't know/care/talk about Santa at all, but it should be a cute photo op.
At 4:00 I will be officially halfway through my work week!

This week is going to drag. Today is my slow day at work. I really have nothing to do. I did a lot yesterday. I should have saved few tasks.
I have a Subway gift card to use for lunch. I'm excited.

I don't currently have a laptop that works.
With starting school again, I probably need a computer.
Looking at books vs e-books, I think I want a computer. The cost of e-books is less than half of physical books. I could use the "savings" towards the cost of a laptop, to justify it.
Plus I'd love to be able to upload, store and edit my photos again. Hmmm...
And I do realize we are about the last household on the planet to not have a working computer at our house. There was one point when we had 3...but they have all since died and we never replaced them.
I got jalapenos on my Subway pizza and now my lips are burning. It's a deep burn!

Might have to try Bonefish Grill. I went to Kopper Top last night and it was awful - an hour wait and the burger which I ordered well done was raw :-(
As a follow up to last week, DH's grandmother passed away. Also I went to the specialist for my ears and they can't find anything wrong, I'm supposed to wait a few more weeks and see if it goes away, meanwhile taking Bonzine for my "seasick" feeling and Tylenol for my ear pain. Woo hoo.Tempted to go to an acupuncturist.

I hope they figure out what is wrong and that you feel better very soon.
I guess I will add to the follow-ups.
My uncle has gotten his pain mostly under control and should be headed home from the hospital tomorrow.
He was supposed to have an MRI on Friday night, but they couldn't do it because of his pain, so it's been rescheduled for Thursday.
I think things (pain-wise, at least) are looking up.
