Menu for the week?

I need ideas.  We we're going to have lasagna tonight, but then I went out for lunch and had pasta with bolonegse (sp?).  Now I don't know what I want.

So... what has been/is on your menu for this week?

Re: Menu for the week?

  • Nothing to exciting.

Last night was leftover pizza. The rest of the week is spaghetti, tacos and cheeseburger pockets and leftovers of all of that.

  • last night we had brown sugar chicken with rice

    tonight it's spaghetti

    wed:probably sausage

    thurs:maybe tacos

I'm on a liquid/soft diet due to some dental work so it's hard for me to come up with dinner ideas.

  • The plan at the moment is:

Tonight: steak, au gratin potatoes, broccoli
Wed: homemade taquitos, mexican rice, corn
Thurs: BBQ chicken pasta, garlic bread, salad
Fri: szechuan beef, brown rice, snap peas
    Sat: FIL's for Xmas eve

  • Yesterday we had short ribs, egg noodles, and acorn squash.  Tonight we are having cornmeal crusted catfish, roasted sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, and fresh pineapple.  The other nights we are having cajun shrimp and rice with breaded okra, spaghetti with Italian sausage, and beef enchiladas with sliced mango.

  • Traditional chicken and rice. It will last a couple of days so I don't have to worry about cooking anymore before we go out of town for a week.
