  • Why is the island so crooked in the kitchen? Huh?

  • The aqua carpets, floral bead spreads, and ceiling fans remind me of the Golden Girls.

    Loving the rainbow lights!

  • Buahahaha. There are no words.

I love the random angles (kitchen island and tubs), the rainbow lights, really just everything.

  • AWESOME! The sad thing is, aside from the randomly placed kitchen island the bones of the house (the lay out and non-decor maintenance) look ok but, holy crap,  I don't even want to think about how much it would cost to rip 1970 out of there and replace it all.  Good luck selling that one.

  • My favorite part is the pink carpet in the bathroom. So sassy!

  • Oh. . . my. . . the crooked island, the "victorian" bathroom (holy wallpaper. Lord.), the hot tub and treadmill in a random room? Not even touching the rainbow lights and the green "road" from the front door. And why is every room color coordinated with different color paint & matching carpet? Wow. . .

No more baby siggie pics. Boo.

  • I feel like I just took a hit of acid.
  • Ah, that rainbow mood lighting will be great for stay-at-home date nights!

Are you united with the CCOKCs?

  • I didn't think it was THAT bad. Yeah, obviously outdated, but I saw FAR worse when looking here... far more outdated and messy and falling apart.

And all I could think about is that I would put up with that decor for my kids to have all that space to run around...

  • Except for the carpet, wallpaper, rainbow lights and counter tops, I think I sort of love it!
  • I wonder what the thought process was for installing rainbow lights.
A big old middle finger to you, stupid Nest.
  • If I could budget new flooring, I'd consider it.  The rest is pretty cosmetic IMO.  Yeah, a PITA to rip out wallpaper, but that could be done one room at a time.  I bet the rainbow lights can easily be changed.

Oh, and I couldn't live with a crooked kitchen island.  That would make me insane.

  • Wow. The "potty closet" in the pink bathroom has do door but does have a telephone. WTF.  The toilet in the other bathroom in right next to (almost touching) the shower. Wierd. Tongue Tied
