I'm bringing all the desserts for my family's Christmas. So far all I have are the cupcakes (spice with salted caramel frosting) & cookies, chocolate chip, sugar cookies (each kid will get a customized with their name), and gingerbread macarons. Anyone else have any suggestions? We have about 50 people, so I need more. Everything also has to travel.

Re: Christmas Desserts
We used to always have cheesecake on Christmas.
I just made these cookies and they are good, cute, and super easy. http://sixsistersstuff.blogspot.com/2011/04/andes-mint-cookies.html?showComment=1323739192245#c8874412180426553846
I made these this weekend and brought them to my inlaws, work and to my sisters house. Everyone went nuts over them so I'm making more tonight. They are so yummy.

My little nuggets
They look freaking amazing.
These are on my list if I can make it w/o eating the box of Andes first. I made the rolo cookies from that website this weekend though. So easy and so good.
My little nuggets
I found I needed about 6 or so more Andes than was in a box so I had to buy two boxes. There are lots of leftovers. Darn.
you and me have a mint obsession, these look amazing!! AND I have andes mints. I wonder if it would work with funfetti christmas cake mix?
I don't see why not. I have an entire pin board dedicated to minty things. Chocolate and mint to me is what chocolate and peanut butter is to most people.
My little nuggets
These are super easy to make and everyone loves them. It seriously takes like 5 min once you have all the stuff prepped. If you sprinkle a little bit of kosher salt on top of the chocolate they're even better.

If you want to do something no one will have tried before, do a banoffe pie. The American response so far has been very positive.... even with my lack of cooking ability.
Either make or buy a large graham cracker crust.
Buy 2 cans of condensed milk, 2 bananas and some heavy whipping cream.
Put the UNOPENED cans of condensed milk into a large pot of boiling water. Make sure the cans stay covered with water so they don't explode! Boil for 1.45 - 2 hours.
Remove from pot, leave to cool and stick in the fridge to completely cool. This can be done up to a week in advance.
Slice up banana into graham cracker base.
Open your completely cooled cans of condensed milk and spoon the dulce de leche over the bananas.
Whisk up the heavy cream (do not add sugar!) and spread a thinnish layer over the top.
Voila a dessert so easy, even I can make it... and everyone seems to love it!
ready for it?!
SD, I think for dessert, these would be better....
Umm...do they make frosted munchkins now????
That's exactly what I thought.
