Does anyone have a good one? I'm not picky on the kind. I'd also love, love, love a good peanut butter fudge recipe.
Re: Fudge recipe
I have a REALLY good chocolate one from my MIL. It gets rave reviews from people who try it, and she's famous for it amongst her large extended family. The almond extract gives it a different yummy flavor than using vanilla.
MarshmellowCream Fudge
1 jar marshmello cream
1 ? cup sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
? cup butter
? tsp salt
Extra marshmellows (several handfulls, however much you want! To soak up extra butter in this recipe)
**Combine in mediumsaucepan. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly over medium heat. Boil for 5 min. stirring constantly over medium heat. Remove from heat.
Add
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 tsp almond extract
**stir till smooth
Pour into greased 8? square pan. Chill till firm. OR you can line a 8? pan withfoil and parchment paper on top of the foil (to prevent sticking) and thatworks well too without having to use extra butter.
PB Fudge
2-12 oz packages peanut butter chips
1 small jar PB
7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 c sugar
12 oz can evaporated milk
mix PB chips, PB, marshmallow, butter and vanilla
put sugar and evaporated milk in a pan and bring to boil. Lower heat and cook for 6 minutes
Pour mixture over remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Cool & cut into squares.

I was just about to link to this also! So good! One of my twins LOVES it.
Funny, this is on my list to make too, and I sent it to my mom & she's going to make it. Hope it's good!
No more baby siggie pics. Boo.
A little late to the party, but here's a really simple fudge recipe:
4 boxes of Bakers German Chocolate bars
Melt in a double boiler.
Remove from the heat and add 14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed milk. Stir in quickly.
Add 1 c. chopped walnuts and again, stir quickly.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool. Enjoy!
DH would love this!
