kitchen sneak peak (my little kitchen retro renovation)

we are keeping as much to the classic midcentury modern look of our kitchen.

we still need to grout, but the tiles are up, we are doing gray grout to pop the hexagon tiles more. but i am loving it so far.

new cabinet hardware and hinges are on there way. i did polished chrome to match the stove. and we have the floor tiles (god knows when we will get a spare second to lay it, but i am hoping NYE weekend), we did commercial vinyl tile because it is classic to the time and is now made super eco friendly! this whole kitchen upgrade including appliances and labor is coming in under $3000.
