Holiday side dishes
I'm in charge of a veggie dish for Christmas dinner. We're having ham and prime rib. Besides green beans and Brussels sprouts what would be a tasty side dish?

Cheesy Broccoli!
We use a big package of broccoli. Cook in the microwave as package directs. Add 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 of a stick of velveta (8oz/ or 1/2 lb) and stir till completely melted.
Pour into a small casserole dish.
Then for a topping, crush 35 ritz crackers and add 1/2 stick butter. Sprinkle over broccoli cheese mixture. Cook uncovered for 25 min at 350.
