Christmas food help please
I'm making a maple bourbon glazed ham, garlic roasted potatoes, steamed broccoli and rolls for Christmas (lunch). I feel like I need something else. Not dessert, that's covered.

That's what I was thinking. Half of my family are major eaters, so that was throwing me off.
My dad is making Christmas dinner at his house. It consists of, I sh!t you not...
1 roasted turkey
1 smoked turkey
1 ham
5 lbs of mashed potatoes
corn
sweet potatoes
stuffing
some weird carrots with cheese sauce
green bean casserole
rolls
beer bread
This is for 6 adults and 2 teenagers.

I am crazy about holiday cooking so I probably shouldn't be making suggestions. I served ten sides at Thanksgiving for ten people.
Anyway. Maybe a couple apps or another vegetable side dish? Are people leaving your house and going to eat Christmas dinner elsewhere?
Ooh. That's a good one. Maybe I'll mix the broccoli in with wild rice. Yay!!!

They're surprisingly easy and look wicked Martha-y. Just hollow onions with a melon baller, bake, add some pre-cooked rice and then bake it off. You can do up to the last bake it off step today if you wanted to.
