Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Since my plans fell through- charities?
Does anyone know of a charity or two that may take latecomer volunteers?
We may still do Christmas with SIL, but not sure. I figured if we can't go to NM, we should do something nice for others instead.
I was thinking of maybe making some burritos or coffee and taking it down to the homeless who hang out by our buildings. Who knows- I'm just bouncing around ideas in my head.

I've done a bit of looking into donations this year:
Denver Rescue Mission - I'm betting they can always use help on/around Christmas.
Samaritan House (located right near the Lawrence St. location of Denver Rescue Mission) - DH and I like them because they help families get back on their feet practically. We just dropped off some items there today.
