We are having soup on Christmas Eve and I can't decide what to cook. Any good recipes that you want share? I was thinking about baked potato soup, but I've never made that before...
Re: Good Soup Recipe??

Taco soup is super easy.
Brown ground beef.
Mix the beef in a soup pot with a can of kidney bean, can of black beans, can of chopped tomato with chilies, and a can of corn (use the juices from all of the cans), and a small bottle of corona (I like to use the lime Corona), and one package of taco seasoning. Cook it all together at a light boil long enough to cook off the alcohol in the beer.
Serve with crushed tortilla chips, a dab of sour cream, cheese, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime on top (unless you used the lime Corona).
I have heard the baked potato soup on this blog is super yummy. I was thinking about making it too.
