Nice table linens needed- placemats, runners, etc... any suggestions
Already went to Home Goods (barely anyhting), BBB and Kohls. Gonna check out Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrell and Sur La Table tomorrow. Any other suggestions or small home boutiques on main line, delco, etc... or at KOP mall I can check out. It is a gift. Not Christmasy- just something really nice and not too plain.

Don't bother looking at Pier One if you want a table cloth. For our wedding anniversary, my mother bought me a beautiful linen table cloth and napkins. One place she looked was Pier One. The sales guy was very snooty, like Pier One was suddenly the Louis Vuitton of home decor. They don't sell table cloths(read that it the most superior and snooty voice you can think of)....just everything else that going on your damn dinning room table.
Wish I could be of more help as to where she did get my gift but the table linens she got me came from a locally owned store in CT.

Or, check out some of the thrift stores along the Main Line. Bryn Mawr Hospital Thrift Shop or the one in downtown Wayne, right on Rt. 30. You will find some nice stuff there.
