how do i get her to stop?
my sil is constantly thinking about what she eats and when she is going to exercise. i know this because she is always texting me about. like today she texted me to tell me she went out to breakfast but only had yogurt and granola. i don't care!!! later she will report to me that she is going on the treadmill. she routinely texts me about what she hasn't eaten, too. as in "we had a holiday party today at work but i only ate carrots." it's soooooo annoying. have your little eating disorder or whatever it is, but stop involving me. i don't even know how to respond. and i am sorry if i don't sound sympathetic but there is noooooooo talking to her. like if i say regarding the holiday party, anything in moderation is okay she will say "oh i know" or "no because if i eat one i can't stop myself" or "oh i ate a ton at home." it's like her life is all about punishing herself and restriction and i get sooooooo tired of hearing about it. what should i do? how do i respond so she stops? i am want to have a healthy relationship with food, exercise and balance and don't want to be a party to what i consider an unhealthy attitude.
