As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Does anyone really find it helpful?Do people really get job opportunities from here?
I have had odd people want to add me. I have no idea who they are, but they are local, but not in my profession...should I add them? I know its all about connections so I'm thinking I should.
I find it so confusing, anyone find it confusing?

I work in insurance sales and there is a huge correlation to people joining linked in to leaving the company to go to competitors... I don't think that it probably holds true for every occupation but networking is important and Linked In is a great way to network with people all over the country!
