ideas for New Years Day fun?
DS turns three on New Years day, and I am competely lost on what to do with him to celebrate his special day. We don't have that many little friends that we know, since we are newcomers to the area, and the ones that we know are out of town for the holidays anyway. It will most likely just be me and DH, the in laws, his uncle and that's about it. I would love to do some sort of fun activity during the day, but so many things are closed New years day. Anyone have any thoughts on fun outings or fun things to do to help him feel celebrated?

You could try going downtown (LoDo area) if your little one is up for some fireworks! Afterwards you guys can peruse through the Food Truck Row on Market & 15th for some of Denver's finest street food grub! Manna From Heaven Gourmet Food Truck is by far the BEST truck I have eaten at. http://mannafoodtruck.com
