Who is the actor....
OMG this is driving me crazy. I keep picturing this actor with short blond almost wavey hair and possible green eyes. He usually plays the bad guy or villan. I can compeltely see him but I'm drawling a total blank on what he has been in. If anyone can figure this out from my vague description I will be impressed!!

Can you think of any movies he's in? The first person I thought of was Aaron Eckhart. He's Harvey Dent/Two Face in The Dark Knight and the guy from Thank You for Smoking.
