I posted on here about her before. She is incredibly desperate to find a man.
She met this guy in July and they went out. He left her at a restaurant to pick up the bill and said he had to go to the bathroom and never came back. All of this was made public on facebook.
They stopped talking until the middle of October. When they started talking again he moved in with her a week later. They got engaged a week after that and they are getting married today.
She brought him to the office to show everyone the ring and he stayed in the car while she came in. At our Christmas party he sat at the table and didn't say a word to anyone. He wore jeans and a hoodie to a formal event. He just doesn't give me good vibes.
People have asked her why so soon and she just says she doesn't see a reason to wait. She can barely support herself. She works a few different odd jobs and they are going to try for a baby right after they get married. Ughh people.

Re: My train wreck coworker
So in 3-6 months she will be on here posting about how he cheated on her or is a serial killer or some other terrible flaw that she just "didn't know about" before they got married b/c oh yeah its been a whopping two months that they have been together.
That is like trainwreck central.
I asked myself that every time I saw her wedding countdown on facebook. Crazy.
Hahaha no kidding!
Trainwreckslore .... that's my vote.
slore--love it! why don't more people know that word?!
Ditto!!
sad
she is in love with the idea of getting married and appears to be willing to walk through a wall of fire just for that day.
Hope she has plenty of burn ointment in the medicine cabinet
Is it terrible that a small part of me loves stories like this because it makes my life seem downright stable and responsible in comparison?
In all seriousness though, this is a really sad story. Hopefully things don't turn out too bad for her.
No such luck. They went through with it and it is all official now. She is asking for everyone's best marriage advice on FB. I feel like adding something snarky but I will play nice.
