BR: Refusing to eat
LO is 8 months old today. He has been on antibiotics for an ear infection for 9 days now (thankfully tomorrow will be done!) For the past week or so, he has been refusing to eat pretty much anything. He won't nurse (and is biting when I try), won't take a bottle unless he is starving.....maybe 3 or 4 oz at a time, and won't eat his solids either. I am hoping it is either the antibiotic or that he is getting his 2 top teeth. Just wondering if anybody had any advice or could commiserate!

No advice, but I commiserate. N is getting his molars and is being a bear about eating. There are about 3 or 4 things I can get him to eat (applesauce, yogurt, snacks (like puffs), and those nasty gerber meals). Blah!
Can you try to find at least something he'll eat? I was told "they won't let themselves starve" but it's still frustrating. I hope B is feeling better soon!

I agree with Megan. I hope Benjamin starts feeling better soon, and back on his regular schedule. Hugs!
