As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My lady doctor appointment
I went and saw the lady doctor today. She said I have something that is similar to what Blonde had. The first step was to quit the birth control and start estrogen therapy to increase my levels back to normal. I go back in a month to determine if the pain is related to the birth control or something else. So for now no BP and no sex for 2 more weeks.
