Apparently I can't make decisions anymore (Camera related)

For the past 2 years or so, I have wanted a new camera bag.  The Kelly Moore JuJu has been at the top of my list.  It has everything that I want in a bag, as I carry around all of my gear at all times.

Second on my list has always been the Epiphanie Ginger:

They are both large enough to hold all my gear.  The JuJu has a few more exterior pockets and the interior seems a bit more accessible.  The Ginger has one additional interior compartment and runs about $100 less.

I am so torn, I can see benefits to both.  I am afraid that I would be settling for the Ginger (but I really wouldn't be) and I am not one to spend a lot on bags so the JuJu seems like an extreme amount to spend even though it's basically all Christmas money.

Ahhh decisions.

  • I prefer the look of the first one.

I do too and the reviews on the other often question quality and craftsmanship as well as being difficult in getting the gear in and out

  • I think in the end I just question if I am nuts to drop that kind of money on a bag (ps not real leather because real leather is not waterproof).  On the otherhand, it would be carrying $$ gear ...

(don't mind my self involved conversation and thought process Smile)

  • I think you made your decision.  Best to buy something you know you will be happy with even if it costs a little more than get something you aren't too sure of.

Thank you!  I think I just needed to hear someone else say it rather than me trying to justify it! Stick out tongue

  • Kasi is 100% right. You don't want to risk dropping any of your gear because of crappy craftsmanship.

I will go for it and spend the crazy $ Ick! and getting the JuJu! Big SmileParty!!!  I guess it's okay to splurge on me every once and a while and most will be from gift money anyway.

    Thanks for your input!
