Favorite crockpot recipes?

Hey ladies!  Hope everyone has been having a nice relaxing holiday so far.  My lovely husband got me a crock pot as one of my gifts - I feel so wife-y - and now I want to start playing, so I figured I'd check with you ladies to get some of your favorite recipes.  Chili? Stew? Dips? I love em all.

Now jumping domestically.

Well that was a crazy couple of years.

  • DH and I love this pork. We use the leftovers and make cuban sandwiches.

  • Currently I'm making this. I made it a couple of weeks ago and Kyle loved it so much that I'm making it again already.

Another favorite of mine is to throw a pork tenderloin, a chopped onion, a chopped green pepper, 2 cloves of garlic diced and a bottle of hickory bbq sauce in the crockpot and cook on low for ~8 hours. It's super easy and tastes delicious. It's great to cook when I know I'll be busy in the evening but know that I won't have much time in the morning to cook either.

  • One of my favorites is a WW chicken recipe. Take tinfoil wrap in balls and place in bottom of crockpot. (mine usually is about 6-7 pieces) Spice a whole chicken to your liking, throw it in crockpot breast up and cook for a few hours. It is like rotisserie chicken, but without the rotissare. It's yummy!

  • I have a chili recipe that I love on my Pinterest boards. It's in the Crockpot Recipes board. I can't access from work or I would post it for you here. It's super easy and really good.

  • I have a small crock pot right now so for the time being the only thing I make in it is dip. 1 brick of cream cheese, lots of Swiss cheese torn apart, lots of ham torn apart, about a tsp. of Dijon mustard, 4 tbsp of apple juice (or cider). Mix it all together and let it sit for about half an hour till it all starts coming together then mix it again (you will have to stir it a lot so it doesn't burn to the sides). When done, eat it with your fav. crackers or apple slices. This is by far my family's favorite dip. Russ asks me to make it for him all the time. It can be done in a pot too, but I like to keep it turned on so it's always warm.
  • Awesome, thanks ladies!  And I love that 365 days of crock potting site. All I want to do is slow cook things!

  • This mac & cheese is so delicious.  It takes about 2.5 hours to make, and you could add bacon or cooked chicken as desired.  I use a 3.5 quart crockpot for this recipe:

I have a "crockpot and bread machine" board on Pinterest.  I really love both of those appliances, and want to use them more.
