book suggestions for dealing with death/grief
DH lost his father years ago when he was just 12. He has never quite dealt with the loss. He is FINALLY willing to do something about it. We can't afford therapy right now. He's a bit shy about going for support group so I thought we could start him off with a book or two to help him address his feelings and hopefully he'll feel up for the support group then.
Any suggestions for books? Saw many with great reviews but not sure if any would address a loss from so long ago.
Re: book suggestions for dealing with death/grief
My mom was killed in a car accident 9 1/2 years ago - my father was driving and fell asleep at the wheel. My cousin sent me this book and it was very helpful for me.
It's called "When Bad Things Happen to Good People" by Harold S. Kushner.

Good luck to you & your husband.
Thanks - will look into that one
And good luck with TTC. It's a rough process. Hope it works out for you soon
