Ugh, DH abandoned me.
well, not really. we're at my il's house, and he had to go back to work today and tomorrow. he'll be back tomorrow, but i'm stuck here with my ils. i love them dearly, but i want to beat fil. he drives me nuts - he always wants to hold m and he never gives her back. i always have to take her from him because she needs something. and he makes the most annoying noises to her. ugh!!!
i'm just glad he goes to work during the day.
also so happy dh comes back tomorrow.

You are brave!! I would never, EVER spend time w/ IL's without DH around.

we stayed with my ILs over the holiday and H left me to renew his license... I about died. First he was only going to be gone for like 45min, maybe an hour. TWO hours later gets home.
In that time I got a talk about relationships, what to make H eat, what her plans are for moving based on whether I'm going to be a SAHM or work (as if I know right this minute?!), she made me promise to send a condolence card to people we don't know that she invited to our wedding (because she knew H would fight her on it and I can't) and tell me a bunch of other things that are my responsibility as the wife.
