We didn't get to canoe with the alligators. :-(
Mr. K and I went to Louisiana this weekend for Christmas. We were going to canoe with the alligators, but it rained too much. We ended up going to NOLA for a few nights. Since he lived there when he went to college, he knew the hang outs for the amazing bands and great food!
It was a great weekend! We also got an amazing deal at our hotel. All in all it was an amazingly wonderful trip!

We are going to do something similar for Valentine's Day. Instead of giving each other gifts, we're going to take a trip, I think we're going to make another attempt at canoeing with the alligators! Well, at least that's what I call it. We just really plan on canoe fishing in the swamps in Southern Louisiana, where alligators happen to live.
