WW Ladies I need lunch ideas

I'm getting sick of my normal lunches and I need inspiration.

I've been packing a whole wheat sandwhich thin (3PP) with a light Laughing Cow (1PP) and fat free turkey (2PP). I usually have a Chobani yogurt either with breakfast or lunch (3-4 PP) and sliced cucumbers with EVOO (1PP) and red wine vinegar. I add whatever 0PP fruit I have that week.

I'm good with everything except the sandwhich. I need ideas for a main course type lunch item with a good amount of protien.

What do you eat for lunch?

Re: WW Ladies I need lunch ideas

  • I eat leftovers 90% of the time (except for recently because of the holidays and I've been lazy). I make dinners with four to eight servings especially at the beginning of the week and we have that for lunches everyday. I would so much rather have leftovers or something hot and substantial than a sandwich at lunch.
  • I'm not going to be much help because I typically stick with sandwiches. I did find that I got sick of sandwich thins very quickly (especially wheat ones). To me it's worth it point-wise to just eat white bread since I prefer it so much more.

You could try mixing up toppings on your sandwiches and/or meats. Roast beef (deli-style) isn't much of a difference point wise, if at all, so if you like that you could mix it in. I also used a skinny taste recipe two nights ago that added sriracha to light mayo. It gave some extra flavor to the sandwich and I really enjoyed it(along with the arugula).
