ugh about to make my 4th home depot trip
in 2 days. lol. well, maybe 3 days.
just realized that with the color of the tile in our bathroom, the yellow we had on hand definitely won't work. so need to go pick up a new paint color (I'm thinking purple/aubergine).
already had to go buy our new kitchen sink + paint samples (trip 1). buy socket wrench extenders to install the sink + paint and supplies (trip 2). (intermediate trip to the local hardware store because I forgot painters tape). buy new water lines because the ones with our existing faucet were too short (trip 3). and now more paint (trip 4). gah!

I feel your pain. My husband and and I kid that we should buy stock in Home Depot. I tested 9 paint samples in my bathroom before picking a color. Painted an entire wall. Then, my husband installed a new light fixture which changed the color completely. I just stopped at Home Depot on my lunch break to pick up 4 more paint samples. Ugh! I swear it will be the only wall we end up putting color on because I'm so bad at finding what I want! I'll find inspiration pics on Pinterest and I just can't seem to get the right shade of aqua. Here's hoping it's one of these.
We're replacing a set of cabinets this weekend and I'm sure that will result in a few more trips to HD. Luckily, there's one about 10 minutes from home.
