Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Tricare Prime experts come in
I can't find it on the website: is an opthamologist covered by Tricare with a referral? What about an optometrist for non-annual checks?

I use to process referrals. Yes, it's a tricare benefit. You just need a referral from your PCM for opthamology. Sometimes there is confusion with optometry, which you can self-refer to a network provider once a year as long as it is just a routine exam.
