Need a Vegan Finger-food idea/recipe
We're having a party next week, and one of our friends is vegan. If he's able to come, I want to make sure to have a couple of items he can eat, but that will still be appealing to non-vegans. I'm already planning on hummus with veggies but I don't want the poor guy to have to just eat that all night.
Any ideas?

Meatless eggrolls could work; they shouldn't have dairy in them. Actually, most meatless asian food would work.
There are a few wrap and dip recipes here: http://www.fresh365online.com/recipes/category/vegan
You could also make falafel, which would go well with your hummus. I usually serve it with plain yogurt mixed with dried dill and cucumber. I add an egg to this recipe, but you could use a little bit of water instead (it's just to help hold the falafel patties together): http://allrecipes.com/recipe/jeanies-falafel/detail.aspx

There's actually a ton of easy options!
Bruschetta (just make sure the bread doesn't have eggs or a milk protein but generally, a lot of bread is vegan).
Vegan pizza bites (make with diya cheese you can get at WF)
unbuttered Popcorn
Chocolate fondue (just use semi-sweet chips...Ghiradelli, Wegman's brand, Whole Foods are vegan) with bananas, strawberries, potato chips, kettle popcorn (Costco sells a bag of Angie's Popcorn that tastes so good!
Tater Tots
You can also buy any Gardein product at Whole Foods, Mom's, even Giant. In the refigerated section they have all sorts of prepared stuff (like chicken wings, bbq skewers), and in the freezer section they have things like "beef tips", Schezuan chicken, chipotle lime chicken strips, etc. Check out their website for products and recipes: http://www.gardein.com/index.php
