My orthopedic appointment/update.
Well the good news is that my cyst is not a cyst. The doc said it's too far up my hand. The bad news is that I have some severe tendinitis. I'm taking some meds starting tonight and have a nice brace on right now that keeps it really stable. Hopefully it will heal in a couple weeks. In the meantime I'm typing completely one-handed and can't really write at all. Thank goodness my job is not that demanding!

It's a good thing you don't need surgery; just hope it goes away sooner than later!!!

And some unsolicited advice that you are free to ignore. Fish oil is a great anti-inflammatory, so you may want to try taking some. We get our at the Vitamin Shop, the liquid is much more concentrated with is nice. The pills at Costco are also good.
