Last night I dropped him & a friend off at the movie theater, went home, picked them (plus another friend) up afterward, and dropped them all off. (I like his friends, btw, and the way they man-hug is cute)
Well, he swears he left his iPod touch on my front seat when I dropped them off at the theater (without my knowledge) and remembered it this morning -- it's gone. Since I went nowhere in between trips, I think it might have slid off the seat & fallen out when he got back in the car. He called the theater, just in case, but no one turned one in.
Thus is the one he paid $400 for last fall - money he saved & earned himself over the previous year.

Re: I feel bad for DS1
Aw buddy.
It sucks, but that's a lesson he'll learn real good.
I'm still learning it once in a while, and it still sucks.
Are you united with the CCOKCs?
I am sorry for him as I know how hard he worked for it (something C did for her Ipod) and for you as the parent that has to witness those heartbreaks/lessons.
