Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My Ornament Exchange.PIPS
Since my Elfster didn't post, and since I was pretty happy with how my ornament turned out, I thought I'd share a few pics of them, and what else I did recently. I hope everyone isn't sick of seeing Christmas stuff!
Elfster told me that she liked snowflakes so I added this to my main ornament. It is made from Swarovski crystal beads that I had left over from another project... and is REALLY hard to get a good picture of.
This was what I had originally made (before I got ambitious and made the snowflake). It is embroidered Free standing lace covering a glass ball.
I added these little guys for her little guys. They are an "in-the-hoop" project made with felt.
Then I made these gift card holders for the teachers' gifts. (Another in-the-hoop)
I made this wreath from a feather boa:
And another pillow (really awful picture). It is black and the tree is silver with red heat-set crystals here and there.
I haven't even touched on what I had planned to accomplish this year! I plan to continue working on holiday projects until I have a head start on next year.

And yes I feel like I should start doing Christmas projects now for next year too... Never enough time to get everything done!
