Ask me anything...
or at least say something interesting to entertain me.
Re: I'm bored. Who's here?
Being alone sucks. I'm so bored. I ate an entire box of Kraft Mac & Chz (gross I know!) and I finished off a bottle of wine, again.
What did you have for dinner?
DS and I are visiting my parents and will have our Christmas celebration on Friday. I made chicken, pasta/veggies, and salad for dinner for all of us.
We're out of wine, but a glass sounds heavenly right about now... ::Looks over at glass of water::
Absolutely nothing (but I'm ok with that!) DS and I will still be at my parents' house, so after DS is in bed, I'll probably watch a little of the NYE specials on TV, realize I have no idea who the "it" singers are, and then feel old and go to bed.
I'm here...and also bored! Can you please explain what is so interesting about The Jersey Shore? I don't get it!
I have NEVER seen it, so I got nothin'. Is the fact I've never seen it flameable? I do know who the "characters" are though.
I've never actually watched it, but see the commercials and think "wtf is this crap"! I don't get the entertainment value of watching it.
Oh no...is that it?? I'm too old to get it?!?
I haven't eaten mac and cheese since the ex-h moved out in October 2010. He used to eat it almost every day and I got so tired of it. I was offered mac and cheese at my bf's sister's house and I got so upset over the thought of having to eat it they made me something else lol it was horribly embarassing, I have no idea why I reacted that way.
I hope that was random and entertaining.
He ate it almost every day? Yick.
his diet consisted of: hamburger helper, mac and cheese, hamburgers, spaghetti and fast food. that's actually more than his brother eats. It was really tough.
Funny you mention that... I made a box of Annies Mac and Cheese, and fried up some leftover bacon from the weekend (this is not my usual menu, just to clarify). I crumbled the bacon in my Mac and Cheese and my sister had been standing around in the kitchen -- I was SO BUMMED to have to share, because I wanted to eat the whole pan (or at least save what I didn't eat for lunch tomorrow). At least I shared, right? And I've also enjoyed the smidge of leftover champagne from Christmas and a couple of cocktails. ::le sigh:: I wish I didn't have to work tomorrow.
If you add beer, prepackaged sliced cheese, and frozen pizza, you'd have my XH's preferred diet as well.
What is your favorite vacation spot?
What kind of wine would you drink if you weren't out?
I'm here, but I did not have mac n cheese for dinner. I had tomato soup w/ oyster crackers, and roast cauliflower. And now I'm having some leftover Christmas cookies.
And to the PPs who were talking about Jersey Shore - I don't watch it either. I started in one of of the episodes of the first season and didn't get it. It was too much like a really bad knock-off of The Real World to me - you just can't top Real World San Fran.
I know how it feels to be alone and bored. Why don?t you try these -
1. Take some random pics and make a collage.
2. Experiment in the kitchen by making some funny shapes out of pancakes.
3. Listen to music and if you like, sing it out loud.
4. Meditate
5. Make postcards for your loved ones.
6. Prank call your friends.
7. Decorate your room and make plans for the new year.
8. Watch a movie with some popcorns to enjoy the movie.
