Nobody has to be too specific if they don't want because of creepers but what is everyone doing this weekend?
DH and I: Nothing!!!! I am so happy about that. I am going to buy some champagne at Costco today and I don't want to go anywhere... I will make some good apps and a nice dinner(any suggestions?) but that is the extent of it. I love going out but cannot get up the enthusiasim for NYE, ours usually end badly (often ambulance badly
Re: NYE plans?
TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
This NYE I'm going with H to a friend's GINORMOUS 4 Keg NYE/30th Birthday Party. We are splitting a 10-person shuttle with other friends who live in the North End to get to the party and back safely, it costs each couple about $50 (including tip!), which is well worth it imo. Even though it's a kegger, everyone is still dressing up in cocktail-ish attire. I'm really looking forward to it!

We actually don't have set plans yet. The most appealing idea to me is staying home so I hope that is what we decide to do. We were at a friend's house last night who was throwing around the idea of Bellevue... but since I've never really been out in Bellevue, i was a little worried.
I think I'm too lazy to dress up so I'll probably opt out.. and text my friends/family that I'll DD if they need me!
I've got a super nice bottle of Champagne to chill. DH and I always do champagne and appetizers (any suggestions).
mgoss - I'm so glad you guys are playing it safe and renting the bus.
It's my gf's birthday, so we're going out to dinner for her. Then one of our friends is throwing his annual party. We'll finish off the night by watching the fireworks from our roof deck.
. We have some sparklers too, yay!
All downtown, so no driving for us

i think i'm going to grill ribeyes and chicken.. haven't decided on what else.
oh, and we'll have cheesecake.. because that's coming out of our ears!
my currently-reading shelf:
We're going to EMP and to wander downtown early in the day. I think we'll be home early. We don't know what would be worth staying downtown. Ideas?
Newlyweds since 2007
We're spending the evening w/ friends a a QA apt (w/a view of the space needle!). Not looking forward to driving home after (b/c of other drivers; i'm DD), but it will be a fun night anyway.
