    I read the rumors that were fueled by their big pre holiday fight.  It's too bad.. I just saw Katy on the E True Story a couple momths ago and it seemed like they were a fun couple.

    I am a little surprised too...I think it was because they are both so strange I really thought they could work together. Also I saw a report that said he filed without telling her anything about it. I really hope that isn't true. It isn't cool to blindside someone like that.

    I think it's pretty weird that E! has a constant scroll at the bottom of the screen with this announcement.  I could see it every 1/2 hour or so, but really?  Are they that big of a couple that this news needs to be displayed at all times?

    I kind of liked them together, it made me like them both a bit more (and I wasn't a huge fan of either). Somehow he's grown on me though but she hasn't. He was also on Ellen a couple weeks ago talking about how for him, it's till death do us part and he's still alive so clearly they're not getting divorced. Ooops.

    Yes, I think they only met just 2 years ago at the 2009 MTV video awards. I was not surprised by this. She seemed pretty immature compared to him. I think they have about a 10 year age difference if I remember.
