We got home last night, and look at what I had waiting for me...

PRETTY PRESENTS!  But what's in those packages, you ask.  First let me open the giant card...

imageIt's not a card.  It's ART!  I portrait of one M. Mabelstein!  In glitter, no less.  Ali said I should frame it and I think she meant it as a joke.  Well, that's no joke.  This is seriously going in a frame and almost made me cry.  How awesome?!?

Next, a pair of fun earrings...

    Squeak! I love the real Mabel sitting with glitter Mabel! I'm so glad you love it! Once I am done crafting the 80 brazilian hand stamped metal tags and pendants and trophiesI need to make for derby awards next week I will make glitter portraits for whomever wants one. Y'all can decide if/what you want to send me in return. They're not super hard, just tedious - you have to be fairly OCD and also willing to accept that your dining room will be covered in super fine glitter for years to come.

    Ha no big deal, they weren't the prettiest anyway- I can paint with tiny brushes and glitter for hours, but have no patience for making nice round chocolates apparently. Did they get smashed in transit? Actually, yea, I blame any imperfections on the postal service.

    I did make them. And also put a lot in my belly- all the really ugly ones. Mmmm ugly chocolate.

    If you open an Etsy store, I'll whore you out to my dog park friends. Lots of people whose dogs are their only kids.

    I'm pretty sure it's pronounced your mom's a moron and if you didn't have your name legally changed by the age of 22, so are you. Unless you're from another continent. -Groomz
